EMShape® Neo uses a unique applicator that releases pulsed electromagnetic energies with specific optimal pulse widths for the separate intervals of warming up, intensive workout, and cooling down, together with synchronized RF energy of 40.68MHz or 6.5MHz.

The RF heating causes a rapid increase in muscle temperature, priming the muscle for the following stress. A refund request can be submitted within a 30 days after the delivery is made, subject to the terms described on our official Refund Policy.

If you return the machine due to change of mind, all shipping costs are handled by the buyer. A 20% return fee is also deducted from your refund to cover our original shipping costs, inspection costs and other related expenses.

Should significant logistics damage occur, our company will cover the return shipping cost and send you a new machine.

Damaged machines cannot be returned for a refund. Only a replacement machine will be granted.

Damage to the outer packaging box only is not covered and no exchanges will be approved. 

Damage resulting from the buyer improperly unpacking the machine is not covered and no exchanges will be approved. Friction caused damage is considered to be the responsibility of the buyer.
